Get hooked up as a sub contractor with big wdr company; they usually will set a price; sign a simple contract; they usually are pretty well hooked up with insurance adjusters; and all they care about is getting businesses done asap; with residential pretty much same; I only do water extraction; so it is easy to run ahead of wdr specialist to get the ball rolling and they seemed to like having to go into a situation where all that needs to be done is drying out walls/adressing other aspects of wdr problems. Hope this is helpful; by the way after hurricane Ivan; I made approx. $0.40 to $0.65 per sqft just for water extraction.
