Nothing to do with how you cleaned the shit out of that carpet, because it looks great! To extend your cleaning career move your assist handle up the wand till you can clean with your back straight.

honestly if you think that stuff is good, you need to try flex powder and clean free. i've tested so many products and these are the two that are way ahead of the others. just saying..

Rage was designed to be run as an emulsifier through your machine... is that how you guys used it? Or did you use it as a preconditioner? (developed for the casino industry for their wool axeminsters... best part: Wool safe approved and it won't leave behind a residue.)

I got turned to clean free to test out and haven't looked back.

Jim pemberton hooked me up and I'm amazed at what a soap free product will clean.

This is a greasy nasty carpet that I presprayed with clean free and rinsed with clean free. Customers was impressed because the anchors have been dingy for years. Not no more though.

Rage might clean ok...but if you are using a propane or diesel burner with a flowswitch to fire the unit, you may have a bad time.

I did run Rage thru the machine as the directions calls for (back in 2007) and the flowswitch constantly developed the buildup that makes the switch stuck. (flame burning while no water traveling through the system= BAD THING)

Every couple of hours I found myself underneath the diesel burner taking the flowswitch out to clean it out.
