I just got a call from one of my customers today, wanting to know the difference between My setup and the "do it yourself Rainbow".

I feel pretty good that they wanted to ask me what the difference was before they made any dramatic purchases

Yes, that's what she was asking me the difference was. I guess the people trying to sell these ($3k) were saying. That she wouldn't need to hire anyone to clean her carpet anymore.
