Got a good size building with commercial carpet squares laid over a suspension floor. This is an office building. Anything special I should know here? I am concerned if this can be hot water extracted. I can't imagine this carpet can't ever be deep cleaned.

It can, just lower you water pressure for faster drying.

However what is the soil load condition? Encap or VLM would be an alternative if its not very soiled. It will look just as good or better and dry a heck of a lot faster using less moisture.

Just a few months old. They want it freshend up after construction. They do not want any encapsulation they had a bad experience with excess encapsulation powder after one site had it done for several years without any hw cleaning in-between.

Then do a very weak prespray with a neutral ph, and rinse at 300-350psi.
