once had a custy tell me he coould not live with the Vs,he seemed very upset at the lines.so i raked the carpet out and told him next time he should call chem hack cuz they leave circles not Vs !gotcha! !gotcha!

Nah... That's how I do them all... And why I keep my accounts. I tell my helpers you can do it like this, or you will have to go back and groom them out.. It doesn't take any extra time and way easier and faster then grooming. As far as dry times I tell them give me 4 hour before you have the tenant move in.. !gotcha!

PS. I also steam out all the crush marks for good measure.
