That girl is the boss.
We just bid another complex for the move out cleaning and painting. I already do the carpet there.
Just hired another guy and talking to another girl.

I do those all the time. I carry a shower hose to swap out the shower head for rinsing, or rinse while im doing the carpet. I usually use fume free oven cleaner or any other sodium hydroxide to cut through the body oils and scum. Spray with vinegar to help rinsing. That however looks like rust.

Yes they have water issues there That's why I watch where I get my water.. From the looks of it it appears the tenant tried to clean it with some pretty strong stuff and screwed up the fixtures. The whole unit was nasty and this was after just 6 months.
