Saiger told me himself just a week ago that he quit using them because RV wouldn’t help a cleaner Saiger was trying to help. While I understand his decision, I also notice he’s failed to say anything negative about the tool.
Mark can separate politics from utility. I would have expected “3.0” the be able to do the same.
You’re really not helping cleaners when you fail to recommend a tool one week and not the next only based on your anger issues.

You're not listening.

I don't need a RE.

and I don't recommend starting a biz based on customers who need REing

But if you do need a rotor extractor, the 360i or XL Brusheads are my favorite. if I were going to get back into it, if they're still available I would have to try the mighty as Ive talked to enough people that I respect that say it's even better.

Saiger knows not to tell you much.

Btw, your implying that Mark would short change his customers over politics

He could use another brand if he needed to ( over) clean dirty carpet

The HOSS was discontinued btw, and RV sales are way down.
Mytee may be out of the game, but you can still buy an RX20

Blame LVP and tile
and CRBs
and cleaners getting smarter about not trying to put wash wall to wall carpet..

and a few scorned lovers who ruined carpet from various forms of pile distortion.

Buffing carpet is stupid. I don't care if you're RE'ing or LMC'ing

Why drag CRBs into this?

Because I and countless others would rather scrub and rinse than run a RE, and CRBs are easier than 175s

and don't start with your corn rowing default, REs CAN do even more damage.

Over wetting / mildew
Pin stream distortion
Swirling/ streaking
Tip blooming
Damaged transitions
and overall pissinesss....

I had dirtier customers when I advertised

and I took more risks, and messed up more carpet in my quest to be a super hero.

The RV360i BH is the deepest cleaning tool made, in my experience

But ...

Never said you're wrong nor is Marty always right, but this behaviour doesn't belong here. Maybe call each other and hash it out
I tried to target their anger towards me.

Obviously it didn't work

Are you going to open up a business there?
Yes, just part-time. Bringing my encap gear and my Apex truck mount as well as a couple of porties. A lot of new homes have been built there over the last 10 years, population is still growing. Wanting to stay close to home for the most part but will go to Calgary for larger jobs.
