After a bit of a bad start with my 570, I have gotten most of the issues taken care of and am really starting to enjoy the new 570. From using the Powerclean and going to the 570, I'm really starting to feel good about this machine. I'm not constantly wiping it down to keep it clean. I actually stopped doing anything but oil changes until I got the problems solved. Awesome heat, no belt replacement. Vacuum is very good. Liking the SS CDV Filter Box. Much easier to clean. Just rinsed out my recovery tank after 6 months and only had a small lump of debris from the tank. All in all, I'm looking forward to a great year. This machine is also a saver on gas. Pays for itself on that alone. So far so good. Still got the POS Powerclean sitting in my garage. Might mount it in a trailer for a backup.

Yea, my Pro 1200 is starting to "get on the pipe" as bikers call it, after a rough start up. I look at the Genny everyday when I'm at the shop and think of some of the good times we had cleaning. Behind that is the 405 Performer, and the Powermatic. Some day I'll let them all go at once to some mechanic that likes to tinker. Package deal.
As for the SS Pro 1200, it makes life a whole lot easier, especially with the Waterpond and APO.

You didn't ask me, but I wouldn't change the vehicle personally. The gm van has been dialed in over the past 15 years and is just about the perfect work truck. If gas was $4.00 a gallon I'd be bitching about the fuel economy

For a one man operation a 370 is fine, but we duel upholstery carpet and upholstery too.

If I get another unit I'm debating between a 870 and 650hp. Just see some really big houses that dueling would be great.

If you could put the 1200 in any other vehicle.....what would it be.?

Haven't really thought about it Mike. The Express is just so right with it's size, dependability (in my case), and with the Pro 1200 size and waterpond installed, I still have over 7" to the rear door open space. I can carry the Cimex, the Hoss, The Vario, and still have a butt load of room. I know a lot of cleaners are going googoo over these tall vans, but I'm only 5'6", so I don't need it. Right before the pro, I was looking into a Dodge Promaster. Nice and tall, with plenty of room, I was going to switch the Thermalwave over to the Dodge so I could use my 150 gallon waste tank. But The Experience intervened, and I was sold on the Pro 1200. I like the Express for it's heighth since I am looking for a house with plenty of garage space. I don't want to have 10 foot doors in a semi-residential area. I'm downsizing Mike, so a bigger van doesn't interest me.
