This is the second time the PM sent me to this place to UV light inspect it. The first time was a little over a year ago. I told them it was bad then. I never hear back from them on the property so I assumed the landlord replaced the carpet. Then this week they had me go out to the property again to do an inspection. It's the same carpet and still filled with urine and a horribly strong odor. I told them I am not even going to attempt to try. This carpet is way beyond reasonable wear in my opinion. I'm just not wanting to take on jobs like this anymore, especially with the prior tenants try and smear all the urine around with a Rug Doctor. I hope they replace it this time.

I refuse to do jobs with urine that have been slashed around by a Rug Doctor. In the past, those are the ones that I always get call backs on. It's not worth it.

Take a break from all the enzyme flavor of the month treatments and mix your acid rinse at 4:1. Soak those signature rug doctor lines in the carpet, flush it, and you’ll be the hero of the day

There's been more than a few times I've gone in spraying or soaking everything down with osr. Saturate the piss out of it punn intended and let it dwell overnight.

The next day if the odor is gone flush it well. If there's still odor I try to locate it and soak it with molecular modifier then flush it well.
