Recurring stain

Doing a little stain treatment with my Trinity today. This is a building I cleaned a few weeks ago and had this nasty stain in the Lobby. Flushed it as well as I could but it was going to come back and advised them to call me if it did. Sure enough, 2 weeks later it was back like it had never been touched. Hoping the encap will work a little better. After cleaning, I went over those areas with a dry pad to get it as dry as possible. We'll see how long it lasts.

It's probably in the concrete.

Once clean use a solvent protector and it will take about 6 months to return.

If possible put weighted towels on top as it dries and it will wick into the towels

thats where I like dripods on commercial, get a problem spot dry while working elsewhere
