Referral certificate

I am looking for a referral certificate that I can modify in MS Word to fit my company. Jim Martin sent me his and it looks awesome but it is a full page. Looking for a tradional one that measures maybe 4 inches by 8 inches-Three to a page for printing purposes. Since it is the new year, I thought I would try it.
