Referral to SService Monster?

Can someone give me a referral to Service Monster software? This company says i need a referral in order to try it for free for 30 days. Also, does anyone have a software for our industry that they recommend over Service Monster?

thank you! Have you tried any other companies? Any reason why you chose this company. I have looked at a few different companies and trying to differentiate. Some seem so cumbersome. Are your techs using this on a mobile phone? Either iphone or Droid? Is the calendar reliable? Are you using it on everything from scheduling to invoicing to syncing up with quickbooks and marketing?
