Besides the .com, what else are you securing? .net? .biz? .info? anything else?

None other than .com.
.net comes in second but the rest are crap for what we are doing.
It's just an upsale from Godaddy or whatever.

Each of the .org .biz etc have specific meaning or reasons for using them.

I don't think anyone here would lose much if your name got .bized by someone else.
