How do you handle water flood calls from your property mgmt companies?

Do you just extract h2o

Do you extract and place blowers?

Do you extract, place blowers, and dehus if needed?

Who do you deal with the mgmt company or the ins adjuster?

Do you walk if all they as for is extraction?

Do you walk if you can not use all the equipment you feel is needed?

Just a bit curious of how you guys handle the slippery slop of property mgmt water loss?

Ano matter how or who you bill, always get a waf ( work authorization form) signed.

Normaly a flood at a rental never sees the insurance company. I usualy just suck water and place drying equipment and the land lord or maintenance man does the rebuild and most of the demo. Im getting to the point that I almost cant stand doing water jobs anymore, being an owner op with a couple part timers it always creates a big distraction
