Had one after about 3 years of good hard use and service, get a tear and hole in the diaphragm.

Chem injection not working well....couldn't control...and it would even stay going sometimes...that was from the Chem injection just dumping into the cat pump...

So here is the repair while on site...I started after I had it apart...but you should get the idea....

AND SHUT THE WATER FROM THE FRESH WATER TANK OFF FIRST....THAT IS AT THE END OF THE VIDEO....of course....

We got the new Chen pumps from general on our trucks and now replacing diagrams are a thing of he past.

And operation psi all the way to 3000 psi.

Butler recomends turning chemical flow off over 500 psi, not to damage the washer thingy.

Tile and Grout we don't use Chem injection typically unless rinsing acid, then we will run an alkaline rinse...

Zipper SS Super Spinner, we like our chemical injection.

Pretty cheap easy fix at this point... And have abused them quite a bit :)
