Personally I'm still working on finishing some projects on the bank owned house I bought last year (master bedroom and bath this winter). Business I'm shooting for 15% growth in sales which is what we've averaged the last 4 years. I also need to hire and train another tech so I need to get that hire right

Clean up my shop. Develop the area rug portion of my business to the point where I can afford to hire a delivery guy and helper. Build another portable. Install my other tm in my little truck for back up. Make more money.

2017 was more of a warm up with Irma taking a couple months away from the six months in business.
2018 should be a great year. Have some good Clients and accounts. Will get more. Have SM software to manage that.
Back to the gym on Tuesday. Was feeling optimistic until Damon bummed me out.

Find a new helper to ride along with Aron....

Me....just keep working the Sauce Line...

Work on the development of the new shop location 2 miles from me.

Take off for Florida for almost 2 months here soon after a number of meetings with for the Sauce line....

Make sure I don't freeze staying here in the Tundra for the next 3 weeks (when not in meetings away)

Mikey's Fest Florida...do I drive...or do I fly? Brothers and friends trying to decide...either way, I leave for Florida again the day (or 3days ) after I return from Florida with the wife and puppies.

Keep developing the Saiger's Steam Clean brand locally and just keep stable in taking on new work as we can, and making sure to not loose good old reliable customers.

Keep investing to make sure grandkids (and kids) are taken care of in the future.

New Mobile office (RV) in consideration....

Consider new job opportunities that have been tossed around....

Maybe use the lake more than 3 times this year or sell....

And next week....it could all change again....

Keep building my building business so i can get a new TM at end of 2018 or for 2019 and a long van. Need to gain 60k more in earnings as result..Get Mikey to train me more if he wants to be bothered , maybe a few upholstery job or tiles, or them SGA restoration... Keep watching Saiger educational video. Keep making my cartoons and try release my first episode this year( only 11 mins long, not easy to do). Also, spend much time as i can get with my son, 3.5 years old, time going by way to fast.

On a serious note...

My goal for 2017 was to hit 700 customers by the end of the year. As of today i'm sitting at 720. The goal for 2018 is to hit 900 revolving customers, pay off the damn 870 and Promaster, grow the commercial side of my business with 10,000+ sqft jobs, and hire two guys to bang them out.

2017 was tough. I feel I really worked my butt off and have very little to show for it. I dumped a ton of money into my business. I think I'm pretty much set up now and can start working on debt reduction and commercial growth. My goal for the end of 2018 is have aquired about 200 new customers and 12 large revolving commercial account.

I know I joke around a lot with you guys, but I'm grateful to all of you for your support and input. When you guys talk, I listen. I'm always feeling humbled by my fellow MB'ers. Often times I feel so lost and alone trying to figure this stuff out.

Thought I might get a couple of corner guards and a drop cloth and kick up the dog and pony show this year to impress the middle age mommas a bit more. I used to wow them with my charm, but now it's getting where more and more of them are young enough to be my daughter. It's pretty bad when the customers in retirement communities are not really much older than I am.
