Its seems to be on cold and hot days when the extra smoke from wood burning would pollute the air too much. its announced in the news.

But everytime I've been to L.A. it looks like the entire town is grilling at once with all that smog trapped between the ocean and mountains.

2016 and 2017 were big learning years for me. I learned that a lot of great developers are horrible customer service type people but they can sling code really well. Just let them do what they do really well and continue to be the face of the company for now. At some point I'd like to put an over all project manager in that position. Sure made for some big bumps in the road but I'll take it as a learning experience. Last year I hit the brakes and slowed down to work on the business structure and figuring out a clear direction. Admittedly was flying by the seat of my pants a bit.
Business goals for 2018: Launch new company website, release video series, grow 25% over what we did in 2016, 2017 was a bust and I invested a lot of money back into the business. Improve turnover time of websites.
Personal goal for 2017: Spend more time with family and reach out to local extended family that I only see on holidays. Take more weekend day and over night trips nearby instead of staying inside being a non-social hermit.

I'm going to get some snow shoes or cross country skis. Walked the dog in about 2 feet of snow.

Snow shoes work well.
I typically don't see snow more than a few feet deep. Some areas may get 4 or 5 but I don't go off trails too much and would not go walking when it's to deep usually. I think I'm going to get some cross country skis too.

Started cleaning in 2002. Been here since 2006, if you count before when I was moderator to piss @Radar Foster off and went AWOL and removed my first account. 80% of our client base are carpet cleaners. I'd be an idiot not to keep up with what's going on so I can help facilitate more than just websites, links, and directories.
