People underestimate what pad cleaning can do in a grease-pit. Lots of pads!
This was from 2009-2010, and my third cleaning of a bar that specialized in homemade potato chips. The first time I cleaned you could not tell what color the carpet was from all the black grease. I used a strong encap solution in a sprayer and pre-sprayed ahead about 10 minutes ahead of where I was going. In the "day," there were not high Ph encap cleaners yet.
The bar was on the second floor attached to a parking garage. Only if I could get the closest parking space to the door could I run 200 feet of hose and use the truckmount, which only happened twice in the 21 times I cleaned it over 7 years.
