Mission accomplished!

We had some minor issues with the spray nozzle at first but got it all worked out. The client was having construction done and had the couchs in a room that was completely tarped off with plastic. Floors and walls. It was the perfect set up for applying. Client asked if we felt like the boy in the bubble. We were there less than an hour. It was raining and I took a huge fall on my way into the house on a wet wood stair. Banged up my knee pretty bad. Still swollen and the bruise is starting to show.

Then it was back on the road to Pemberton’s to drop off the van for install. I got to see the unit going in Justin’s van. It’s a sexy looking machine but so fricking big! He definitely won’t be lacking power or heat. Doesn’t he look happy???

We had a fantastic Italian dinner with Jim and Carol. Left stuffed and happy with lots of laughs! Justin had to to relive the desert ride by telling the story for Jim. Carol is a very funny lady and I wish we all had more time together.

Uber driver gave a great recommendation for breakfast spot this morning and it was on the road. Ton of driving for me in a short time. Who would think driving would be so tiring. I haven’t had that much solo time in a car since before kids. I don’t know how Saiger makes those long treks!

Got to learn a lot about Hi Tech Cleaning and helped Justin with some goal setting and marketing ideas as he prepars to expand into new town . His company is prime to take off with a few minor tweaks and some systems in place. It will be cool to watch him take it to the next level. I think once it gets the initial momentum going with a few small changes he’ll be inspired to keep going and tackle some of the bigger more challenging changes.

Got to visit my sister on the way home. A lot crammed into the past few days but it was worth it!

Thanks Meg. Carol and I enjoyed the time with you and Justin as well.

She enjoyed getting to know you both, and I think some of the background the two of you have in common helped you two hit it off so well.

Having first met Scott and Darcie Smith, then you and Justin, she's learning how entertaining my customers can be, and why I love this business.

11 more days... I can do this! Ive never yet been able to make it threw "no shave November"

I've worn a beard for thirty years Justin.

Once in a while I shave it to see what's underneath, and it reminds me why I grew it in the first place...

I hide a scarred lip with my stache

Bit in the face by a dog when I was 3 or 4.

Jim can you get the new Legend Brands decals for Justin's new unit, it would look far sexier imo, "Karcher" sounds like someone's maiden name..

Heading to Pittsburgh for an FPA job. Wouldn't normally travel this far, but she is an interior designer heard about us from a fabric company rep who heard about us from designers in the Philly area. She contacted me a few months back. I tried finding someone out that way to help her, but we have no FPA people out there. We are still the only ones in PA.

I told her I may be in the area in the coming months and would let her know - I wanted to head out to take Jim's upholstery class. She contacted me again when I was in AZ for Mikey's Fest. Really wanted it done before the holidays.

I've been wanting to head out that way for some time to visit with Jim Pemberton, so I was able to kill two birds with one stone. This should be fun. First time I'm doing an FPA application with out the guys!
Dang, I wanted to become an FPA disty but my area is taken! Drat!
