Rockin it with Encap

20,000 sq/ft to clean. We sent a 4-man crew and two gurls vacuuming. We finished it in 3.5 hours and the facilities manager was thrilled with the results. We've been cleaning it for 10 years and and 4-years ago switched them over to Encap. They like the results, enjoy the fast drying so the can get their tables setup and ready for the next event.

Encap is the only way to go in rooms like that IMO. Hard to argue with results.

I have tried it but not with a cimex. I haven't been happy with the results.. Must be my method.

I'd have to see what you're doing wrong. Encap on CGD should "look" better than HWE.

While I understand that doesn't seem possible, it is. We cleaned an accounting office last Friday that asked us not to use "the hoses machine" because the other machine we use (Cimex) looks so much better.

What kind of juice do you use? Most of the time I use my cimex on CGD not lovin the results compared to HWE.

We used some of Rick's new Citrus Releasit. The majority is a secret sauce Jim Pemberton makes up exclusively for us, Encapuclean DS2.

From my experience, the APPEARANCE is better on CGD with encap. It's faster, quieter, cheaper, and flat out enjoyable to run the Cimex with encap. Doors locked too so nobody be creepin' on me at night!

You only enjoy it because it's less work... I have no problem with people using encap in it's intended purpose.... It's the guys who use it in daycare's, preschool & elementary schools, and residential with kids present that's what chaps my ass, really grinds my gears...

it looks better. I can't explain why but I've done side by side using Flex with citrus and a high heat Butler and while I know the HWE side removed the soil. The Encap side looked far cleaner.

Clients hire you because A) they expect improved appearance B) they want to know it is clean. In the case of most commercial work improved appearance ranks higher than soil removal.

When soil removal is more important we will Zipper it. Even in those cases we offer them the option of Encap.It's their property to maintain, we give them our opinion and their options. They don't always listen to us but in the end we make money either way.
