Anyone else have to have their frames welded? This is my 2nd 360i & I’ve had to weld both frames? (Handle bars breaking away from the electrical box)

yes, I have had to weld the handles on 2 frames. both caused by the same tech. he no longer works for me.
Some of the blame still goes to Rotovac.-- IMO

Mine came apart in my hands once. I’d have thought thay’d break before welds.

Not realizing it, you may be trying to force the machine across the floor. It just takes slight movement up and down to make it float across the floor.
