Hey @TimM you clean some pretty shitty shitholes....... Nice work Timmy!
The one thing I like about these rentals, I am allowed to experiment with different cleaners and stuff so I can find out what works and what doesnt. The Property manager was going to replace the carpet if it didnt clean so it makes it more of a challenge to see what I can do with this stuff.

that think they can sling a wand and compare to an RE, any brand of RE. :hopeless:

I like the scrubber on that rotovac...
A zipper. Will do better on commercial. IMO......
Don't think you need a rotary on commercial, but you gotta have a wand with a lot of water flow or zipper.
If you cannot afford a rotary extractor. A. Scrubber and wand will work just as well...or better.
Used a rx20 for years , but haven't tried the rotovac scrubber extractor...

Cut down that vac hose at the head so only an inch shoes between the two cuffs. Much easier to manage.

I'm short, so the handle is set low. I need that extra flex so it can bend through there.
