The one thing I like about these rentals, I am allowed to experiment with different cleaners and stuff so I can find out what works and what doesnt. The Property manager was going to replace the carpet if it didnt clean so it makes it more of a challenge to see what I can do with this stuff.

I like the scrubber on that rotovac...
A zipper. Will do better on commercial. IMO......
Don't think you need a rotary on commercial, but you gotta have a wand with a lot of water flow or zipper.
If you cannot afford a rotary extractor. A. Scrubber and wand will work just as well...or better.
Used a rx20 for years , but haven't tried the rotovac scrubber extractor...

This customer has a lab that likes to jump in the irrigation canal and then come roll in the garage. The canals are empty for the winter, so she wanted to get them cleaned.
