Yep, I sucked in my felt ring too Saiger. I have the teflon brush head. Haven't even used the metal head yet. Don't know that I will. I love the 15" 4 teflon head on the 360i too. Teflon for me, no metal. Brushes out every time.

How so?

All you have to do is hold it up over your head then turn it on... it will be spinning in reverse! So easy!

For us, I can't remember the last time we didn't use the brush head and Teflon glides....been months since used the regular head....

In the 'states, can you get a 12' Tri Brush Head with Teflon?

Mine is strictly metal glides as in the pic, (if you can see it), hidden under the ShearDry.
