I’m scraping 50-75% of what I do now. When a person spends a week amongst professionals, it’s makes me look at my process. I have a chance to do it correctly....apply and learn more....So what new skills will you be implementing on the next batch of rugs you clean?

I'm curious about the HP I use 6% 12% and 20% regularly, are they using the 35% pre clean or post clean on stains?

Always find a nugget at these events that make them worth attending, but I'll admit this one was pretty special. A very well thought out shop, lots of information shared, and Robert is a great instructor with a seemingly infinite amount of patience. I came home with pages of notes and a list of tools to buy, and a little project building a copy of that rug jack.
I'm sure glad I'm not hosting the next one.
