The new one that most haven't even seen yet is the 101067 like Dan posted above.

I need to rebuild my Chem pump on my 1200 SE at 800 hours. That's one thing I've never personally done before.

Do I just need the disc and diaphragm? Is there a kit? O-rings? Check valves?

How often should those little pumps be rebuilt?

Depends on if you or your guys don't uses the shutoff operating at greater than 8-1300 psi as those are the pressure ranges at which the diaphragm is just taking a beating. As the diaphragm is the material that is pulsing to pump or inject the juice into the steam

They over came it by using the spring.

Rebuild... I think my first rebuild on one my Butlers was around 3000 hours.

Chem injection kept drawing. When get tears or holes in the rubber disk Chem keeps dumping in

Recently changed the diaphragm in mine, easy to do job.

If the chem pump doesn't prime after a rebuild, start your machine, put the prime pipe (the one without the filter) in your vac slot, cup your hand around to get a forced prime.

Just rebuilt mine at 760...easy peasy. I need to put a shut off valve between the pump and the chemical pump. That should extend the life. SS recommends a rebuild every 500 hours.
