I like it alot...

pros:

lightweight easy to use

cleans exceptionally well including some nasties (ill post some pics tommorrow()

Helps restore pile

Customers love it had a custy comment how they want it next time (RV 360)on that job it really helped restore there pile in there traffic lanes.

Uses less water(350-400 psi) I use 650-700 with my wand 2" with a GG

less prespray (agitation)

Back feels great and Im alot less tired on big jobs ( I did a 10 room house today with it)

Cons

Leaky jets (gonna fix that)

leaves carpet slightly wetter than wand but not drastic so dont read into that

Takes longer to clean than with a wand

Dealing with extra cord

Closets are hard to manuver around

Sorry marty and others I like it and is not a POS IMHO.

Never tried on berber but I dont think it would do well so Iwand those jobs

That is after 2 days and 10 jobs..

I like the RX 20 alot too its a monster on commercial restoration.

Rotary HWE is great asset..to have with yourwand...

and i dont sell them.

On rough berber the 360 can't be beat. I run it about 300 psi and no dry passes, have yet to ever brown a carpet. On nice smooth berber I run the wand.

Thats funny you said that I was gonna do a side by side when the situation occurs.

Dry passes..I do them in residential, commercial I flow and go. I cleaned my house with the 360 with no dry passes to see how long it would dry and it was dry to the touch with ceiling fans on 2.5 hours..at 400 psi 16 hg on the TM

Speed I would give the edge to RX cuz of the bigger head, cleaning nasties I was very surprised with the 360 it cleaned the shhheeetoutta of it. Like i said i will do a side by side.
