I have an 8' oval that has lots of urine. It is a wool with a cotton back, applied with latex. How do I remove the urine which went all the way through without dipping it. I'm sure that the back will come off if dipped.

You could try water clawing it Gene but anyway you go about it the latex is going to most likely fall apart.

Suggest to the owner that they just buy new POS rug to replace it.

It is probably less than 1k brand new and by the time you urine decontam it and repace the backing it will be awfully close to buying new.
