I made one of my guys sweat and swear...in the summer heat on a 4 day long 60000sqft job..because I told him tattoos will not be visible. And he has them all the way down to his wrists. Sorry...too bad....but my company in that area of these buildings will not be looked at like: "oh the dirty ass vacuum guys"
