I just ordered another case of the Code Red. Has a lot of uses.
I just discovered it is great on the Sunbrella outdoor upholstery...had been babying it like I do Interior upholstery and working way too hard. I do a lot of outdoor upholstery. Not for accent pillows etc. that aren't Sunbrella.
Actually working tomorrow at a Commercial property in Naples that was previously wet and dried with issues. The boosted Code Red and Saigercide should help.
Thanks for the free chemicals Mark!

Love that free chemical. @Mark Saiger likes me better, he threw in a free Devastator wand with my Free Pallet of chemicals ;)

I have used Flex and BioBreak and Saiger Free & Clear, all powdered presprays.
They are all good. What I don’t really get is which Saiger product to use and when.
Blue or Free and Clear your more go to everyday cleaner that really does even well with a lot of pretty hard core soiled carpets.

Code Red... For the Code Red type jobs such as greasy grimey resturuant jobs or carpet with a lot of organic spills spots and stains.

Code Red has a nice oxy and special enzyme that was designed for cold water efficiency and effectiveness but it loves heat too... But it doesn't have as long of mixed up shelf life as the other 2.

SS1 with lemon scent and Free and Clear with no scent are same exact cleaning formula and have incredible mixed up shelf life

Mark, is there any reason not to use Code Red routinely? And is it non-foamy?

God knows I have enough fun defoaming someone else’s leftovers.

I mix as needed, rarely leaving anything for the next job, so mixed shelf life is a non-issue.

Mark, when there's office carpet at a factory, with soil from the factory floors and parking lot (black stuff), which is better? SS1 or Code Red?

Tom. Thank you so much for stopping by that Job and letting me test out your new wand. It makes my DevPro #3 seem like a crop duster and the new one is a Lear jet. I do love my current wand, but will surly be getting the newer one at some point. I had no idea what I was missing. It was like pushing a cloud.

Code Red is going to give more power...but sometimes, the Blue or Free and Clear still do amazing....

Some parking lot soils might benefit from a boost from Harvard's GForce Booster...but we are finding Code Red doing really good things

It's a little higher ph and maybe overkill on some...but we are finding it to rinse really easy.

Again, for some people and techs, the Blue and Free and Clear a little more user Friendly with better shelf life once mixed and easier to mix for techs who don't know how to use a Powdered Peroxide type product.
