Mark was asked to correct this failing enhancer.

Looks like a topical mess to me , not an enhancer

9 month old install, customer swears onlt the shown product was used..

To me it looks like too much was applied and it pooled in those areas. The product was not designed to be applied that thick and the solids are now flaking off.

agreed, looks like Goober applied it thinking it was a topical.

Great product used incorrectly

Enrich and seal is a 100% solids penetrant enhancing sealer.

Goes in, not on the stone.

Clearly states it right in diections

I actually have pretty much passed the buck and hope they don't call me to do this one....LOL...

Too much work and I know they won't want to pay big bucks for the time to fix....

Agreed Over applied. If leaving it with the customer the label mentions to use Aqua Mix Stone Deep Clean to get it off.

It also said, once enhance, stone cannot be restore to original appearance...

The lable is not the modern version, i bet they found some expired product down (up) and Lou's Hardware and Muckluks.
