how are these dang people finding me?

another one came in today..
Hi Mike,

I have, I think, what are called Mexican Pavers that have been in pretty good shape until I rented
my house a year and a half ago. There are large black marks, which are just dirt, as I can scrape it off
with my fingernail or screw driver, etc. I understand there is a solution used on these type tiles that
is sprayed or mopped onto the tiles, left overnight (or for a few hours) and can be cleaned up fairly well.
Is this true? Do you have a successful way of dealing with these?

I once loved these tiles and am very sick when I see what's happened to them.

Please let me know your advise. Thanks,

What a great job for before and after pics. The transformation will be awesome.
Just make sure they can afford you!

Ihave never refinished Mexican paver tile.the client wants it stripped cleaned and sealed. I did a cleaning demo and it looked like it took it to stone. An associate says I need to use wax stripper and strip it do it right and than getting the edges. WHAT IS A GOOD PROCESS AND WHAT SHOULD I CHARGE?

if you want to make money you need to be above 6 dollars a sqft if you are going to spend the correct amount of time taking it all the way dow and then building it back up correctly.

Tell them it is cheaper to replace then fix and if they still want it fixed call up the tile company and get a quote for that amount of sq ft installed and charge double that :)
