I got this in the mail yesterday

While it's aimed at the restoration side of the industry, I'd be real curious to see the final results...

I would imagine that if a similar poll for carpet cleaners were given AND you could get all the Larry Lunchpails to fill it out, the number one response would be "I still use the method and materials I used at my former employers"

Followed by " I learn all I know from my local supply shop"

The method of delivery is going to skew the results - the respondents will mostly be folks who are technology-challenged (as in not online) IMO.

I read everything, all the trades, emails, websites, watch the video's. No social media but just about everything else.
