I pushed it about 3 feet through some thick plush carpet. I'll have to wait to get a glide to see what I think of it.

sapphire sent an unguided wand with my 870. not sure who would be able to push it. cut it down to a stair tool. still needs a glide but usable.

Pretty sure PMF knows how to build wands. If they are doing it wrong they are really good at listening call them up 800-992-9263 and ask for Curt and tell him he has no idea what they are doing and your calling to educate them
