Is that the same valve we all put on our Hoss's. I'm not near my machine to check

Mikey;

We used that same valve years ago on our portable 13 HP TM.

It was OK, but it will rust internally, since it is made for hydraulic fluid.

We have a better non-corrosive metering valve that we use on the TRex.

I have worked with this type before....they have a very short life when it comes to high pressure.....

The kind we have last a very long time....never ever have I had one rust.....

BTW...how long before that 45 screwed into the valve gives out...there is no way that all that weight from that swivel ( damn nice swivel I may add )....and all that brass..is not going to snap that thing at the threads...........

just a heads up if this is how they are being made...someone might want to change it.........

you don't need a swivel there...just pipe it straight out.........
