This thing is the real deal. I've never liked light wands in the past because it seems like they don't grab onto the carpet very well. This one does.
I've got a prochem quad and a 12 inch westpak that I'm comparing it to. It cleans better and really seems to be sucking up the water.
I'm pretty happy with it.
The only thing I don't like is the big azz handle. It's just asking to tear up a door jamb.

will a westpak handle fit on it? maybe switch handles and see how it feels and looks.

I don't like the uneven placement of the jets. Two jets - big gap - two jets, rather than four evenly placed jets. I just don't understand the reason for that from a cleaning perspective. But from a manufacturing perspective, maybe it is easier?

And would prefer a softer handle at the both ends of the grip just in case the metal might contact something it shouldn't.
