I didn't know that Duane was selling Bob's units. :shock:
Hi all. Has anyone heard of the US made Savage Electric Truckmount?
The fellow who makes them claims that they can produce 280 degrees of heat, 12hg & 285cfm of vacuum and 1200psi of pressure.
These units are exported to the UK so must run on 240v ok
Any thoughts?

Hi Michael, yeah I've heard of them. But here's the thing....
The internet can take you to all sorts of weird & wonderful sites with every manner of gear that may sound great. But that is a US based manufacturer who don't export to Oz (as far as I know). So whilst it may be fun looking at gear available overseas, the real world is what is available in your own area.
Sure, some have gotten adventurous and imported some stuff direct, (with good or bad outcomes) but US based electrical stuff is very risky to buy, as they have to be suitable and licensed to work with our mains power.

We DO export to NZ and Australia.
We're shipping 3 systems to NZ and 1 to Australia in 3 weeks.
This isn't the first time we've shipped to NZ, by the way. We currently have 5 systems there, with the oldest dating back to 2005, if I remember correctly. All of them deliver in excess of 230 degrees, at the wand.
All systems being shipped to NZ in December are to customers who've previously purchased from us.
