How many of us have discovered that if you do a little research you can save a bunch of money on parts? One that I have found is a comet pump without the Hydramaster name; Hydramaster price: $645 Pressurewasherauthority.com: $284.

Who else has some money saving tips on parts that are the same but don't have the manufacture label on it?

Are comet pumps any good? I need to replace a hypro and haven't found a reasonable priced one yet.

I replaced the comet pump on my Boxxer421 with one that I shopped for the lowest price on the Internet - not sure which place. It came with the HM label right on the pump.
