Got the keys and garage door openers today. Now the real work begins. Let the Oriental Rug cleaning shop and the new A Plus Carpet Cleaning headquarters begin. I have a huge amount of work and education ahead of me, but I can do it. My hope is to out grow the place in a few years.

Fantastic -simply put.
Now from an outside the box perspective.
The garage doors are new an will last long time ,but fasten pull cords to each then possibly run them half way down the post.
At that moment if they fail at least there within reach but out of workers way.
The bottom or the posts and along the walls -seal at least 4 inches high.You dont need moisture like that all the time in those spaces.
Possibly a de-hu at nite to make sure drying in the steructure is kept at minimum during off hours...
A screen attached maybe to underside of drain in driveway,to recollect any run off...
Other then that-cameras-motion lites an your good to go.
You did great !!! May she be all you want an more...Attaboy !!!
Line one side of a wall with spotters to sell or give to prospective clients that visit also.They should move along at a some what brisk pace...
But all in all ,Im sure many that look at it are quite envious,but thats your dream you built it follow her through !!!

Oh Richard, I’ve got a story for you, but I won’t share it. I’ll just say this. When my wife first met her, she completely flipped out. It didn’t help yoga pants and a tight shirt were the fashion of the day. Then my wife went and read all my posts on Mikey’s Board. It was a fun night for me.

I did, but I hate renting. Goes against my grain. I don't mind being the landlord, but not the renter. I also quickly saw that the place I was renting was too small for the direction I wanted to move. So, I started looking. Now I got a whole new set of problems I didn't have yesterday
