Scheduling

I don't see the purpose of this subject. If you're new in this business, and your schedule is empty, go to work!

If you're booked, then tell them you're a couple weeks booked out. It's common sense.

If you're booked and you're low on expenses...invest in another van and schedule more jobs.
If I got rid of employees and became a 1 truck chuck who was legend in his own mind, I’d be booked out until December

I’d also be working 14 hours days 6 days a week And I’d STILL lose 10s of thousands in revenue

this debate ‘Boyle's’’ down to two positions...

As a business owner

Do you have a highly profitable paying company ?

Or as an Owner operator

do you have a high paying job?
I'm somewhere in the middle. 2 trucks out every day with me on the third "as needed". Trouble is I've been needed more often than not since the beginning of summer
