I'm going to buy the $250 starter kit and practice on some junkyard stainless, then I'll try it on my own kitchen. Why spend $1,500 when they have a do it your yourself kit for homeowners. It can't be that hard to learn and the $1,500 training kit just came out, some business were providing this service before the $1,500 kit was around. But if you need someone to hold your hand then get the training.
