For those who are looking at this machine, they do financing on it as well if you can't come up with the full amount. I got to use the machine for a couple of days and it is an awesome machine. I used it on some bad pet stained carpet that was separated from the walls in some areas due to cat damage... It was the builder grade carpets , there was zero streaking, the dry times was amazing for how much I soaked the carpet.

I phoned customer service and they didn't know about the deal and they sent me to the sales dept. who didn't know about the deal and was told to call the rep at a given number. I left a message and never received a return call. ??

Do you guys use these for residential, or more for larger heavy soiled areas like restaurants?

Dry times?
Depends on the machine, my results are as follows:

95 Butler w/ Under Driven #45 (15hg) (Temp ATW 201Deg) : Dry in 4 hours

Custom Slide in 31 Aegis - Over-driven #45(16Hg)(Temp ATW 230/240): Dry in 1.5 Hours

777 Vortex (18hg) (Temp ATW fluctuated 230/260 (Kero afterburner, No Xen) :Feels dry to the touch, but moisture reader stops detecting anything after 20 min.

These machines all had the same hose runs, 100ft 2.5" w 25ft 2" whip.
No Emulsifier, just soft water, and a pump-up sprayer of FLEX or Judsons O2.

I havent really liked the Hoss due to SLLLLLOOOOOOWWWWW performance, that is until I got the Vortex. Now it is much faster.
