Is Pro's Choice Odor Barrier a clear product? Does it change the appearance of concrete in anyway? (Unfortunately concrete will not be covered)

We use an acrylic solvent-based Concrete Sealer.

It has very good adhesion & barrier properties.

It can also be recoated.
