I'm finishing up a Cat 3 loss and have to seal the structure with a fungicidal coating...I'm planning on sealing the floors and walls and all 2 by 4's used for framing...Is it necessary to seal the ceiling? Because of possible mold spores that could have been airborne and made contact with the ceiling joists? Can I just hepa vac and leave the ceiling?

I wouldn't think it would be necessary, if you find any spores (not that you can see them) they would be settled spores. HEPA vac would be easily remove them.
