a concrete floor, what product would you use? would one of the concrete floor painting systems work well. Doing this for a rental. using binz for the sub flooring. Really Bad dog and cat piss every where. Carpet removed and tack strip. going to paint up the wall about a ft. What else would you do about the garage? owner want to do something there. I was thinking about the flooring painting system. Anyone ever handled pet odor with concrete?

Treated the affected areas with PEtZONE (or OSR or Pee-Be-Gone) first. After it is dry, the Zinnzer BIN is a good product or a shellac based product. Then put down cushion and carpet.

You may also need to replace som tackstrip if it is black and rotting from moisture. Don't try to seal the tackless, just replace it.

mop the floor with a strong solution of bleach then seal with shellac it dries super fast
