Looking at doing a new site with full seo and maintenance. This is a tricky area. A local company wants $1800 for the site and $599 a month to maintain it. What about Andrechelle Cermak? Any feedback would be great.

Depending on what yo get, $1800 may not be a bad deal for the site. $599 monthly though - I'd shop around.
