Since I grew up around wild animals, Park Ranger would be my first pick - since there are no coffee shops anywhere near these Parks, this could be a major problem for some budding Rangers.

Research or Testing also come to mind.

I have no idea what I would be but would own something. The 5 years in IT was cool but learned that being all day in a desk is not for me. The plan was to be there for 5 years then open up a biz to install small / medium networks. Turns out everybody was doing it when I left. A Carpet cleaner....WTF. I don't think any of us dreamed when we were kids "When I grow up I wanna be a CC"?..Haha.

I too am from the restaurant industry and used to moving around so this fits me well.
