If the price is right...
Just pick the area you want to be in and don't travel to far out of that. Of course that does depend on the population etc etc etc.
I never liked to go more than 15 miles in any direction.
But it someone is willing to pay...Then by all means travel the distance...Within reason.
Generally you'll find the same customers in your backyard that you'll find 20 miles away...So market to them and save time, gas, money and all that good stuff.
