I was just looking at my results from this last year's 7 step program (Thank you, 3 month reminder, 6 mo, 9 mo, 12 mo, 18 mo, 24 mo)

219.43% ROI over all

6 month reminder did the best with a 907.31 ROI

It sounds good and is good...but can always be better.


Edit: Holiday cards did the worst with -100% ROI. :shock:

I wonder how typical that is?
