service monster and quickbooks

Anybody else having trouble transferring jobs to quickbooks, My wife is about to kill me over this mess,

Mine worked just fine before I sent computer in for repair and got new hard drive. I haven't reloaded to try yet. It always worked but I get pissy about things like customer tips.... You have to do a work around which is pretty lame. There are a couple more like tips but its late and my brain is failing me.

Thanks Dan. I talked to Amy today at SM and found the trouble. Some restaurants that I started doing were also vendors because I ate there. Sm didn't know where to put the job orders in quickbooks so it denied them. She gave me the fix.

I just had that issue a month ago as well. Had to rename one of them.

I put the word "the" in front of the customer duplicate name.
