Service Monster gitch or Full Circle?

Not sure how it's possible but I've had a few instances where a repeat customer calls in and they don't tell the Girl they have used us before so a new account is created.


When I ran Clean Exec/Camelot as soon as you entered a already used street address or phone number the program would ask you if you want to associate the new customer with the old one at the same address or number..


Did SM use to have this feature?

Wasted a bunch of time today going out to give a bid on a floor that I gave 3 years ago as well.

Yea, Service Monster allows duplicate names without force checking. Allowing duplicate is good but not force checking is dumb.

Good to know that. SM should show duplicates of info.
